If you are taking zinc or iron, we do not recommend taking Greens Mix within 1-2 hours of taking the minerals, as the tannins present may reduce their absorption. For the caffeine-free version, we recommend using the green apple flavor, while for the version with a higher proportion of natural caffeine, we recommend the unflavored version enriched with yerba mate extract.
