Mirabilis Machina Dry White Wine Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir 

We picked the Pinot Noir grapes from “Dealul lui Motoc” where the marl-clay soils and intercalations of calcareous sandstone have imprinted this versatile grape variety with unprecedented taste-olfactory valences. This wine invites you to be conquered by the savor of each drop that highlights incredible contrasts: the black grapes are vinified in white, the sweet and fruity notes of strawberries and pears are perfected by the sour notes of gooseberries, and the spicy notes of ginger are perfectly complemented by those of candied orange peel. Variety: Pinot Noir. Type: Dry. Color: Greenish White. Quality level: DOC - CMD Husi. Alcohol content: 13%. Harvest year: 2018.
