Inedit was created in 2008 by Damm master brewers, Ferran Adrià and the team of sommeliers from elBulli, the famous Spanish restaurant awarded 3 Michelin stars, specializing in avant-garde molecular cuisine.
Inedit is a blend obtained from two types of beer: traditional beer made from barley malt & beer made from wheat to which a mix of spices is added (orange peel, coriander seeds, licorice root) for a unique flavor.
