How to use:
Starting with approximately 45 cm of floss, wrap most of the floss around each index finger, leaving about 3-5 cm of working floss. Holding the dental floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers, gently slide it up and down between your teeth. For hygiene reasons, use a clean section of dental floss for each interdental space.
