For our organic whole grain GLUTEN-FREE Zwergenwiese mustard, selected organic mustard seeds are ground in a particularly delicate production process. Our mustard specialties are not heated and therefore contain all the valuable components of the mustard seeds. The 9 mustard varieties are a delight with eggs, tofu, grilled food, cheese, or simply spread on bread. It can be used for preparing dressings, chutney, or mayonnaise. After opening, keep refrigerated.
