Casa Rinaldi Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For the production of this extra virgin olive oil, we use only olives from European Union countries, cold-pressed with mechanical mills. The rich variety of EU olives can give the product different colors and aromas: Spanish olives add a bit of spice, Greek ones are sweeter, while Italian olives present a balanced aroma due to their fruity notes. The color of Casa Rinaldi extra virgin olive oil is light green with golden hues. To the taste, it is slightly fruity, bitter, and spicy, while the aroma it emanates is that of fresh and mature olives. Casa Rinaldi extra virgin olive oil is ideal as a raw condiment for cold pasta, salads, vegetables, carpaccio (thin slices of raw meat, served with oil and lemon), and grilled dishes. It is also valuable as an ingredient for preparing sauces and for cooking sauces, roasts, and side dishes.
