The Passione & Sentimento collection was created by the Pasqua family out of love for wine, tradition, and their hometown, Verona, known for its legendary love story, Romeo and Juliet. This red wine is an expression of this passion, symbolically combining love and local culture.
The wine is a carefully crafted blend of Corvina and Croatina varieties, enriched with a delicate hint of Merlot. The grapes are hand-harvested and subjected to a special drying process in the Fruttaio, where, by controlling humidity and air circulation, they lose approximately 30% of their water content, concentrating sugars and aromas. Fermentation takes place separately for each variety in stainless steel tanks, after which the final blend is created.
The wine is aged for 3 months in oak tonneaux barrels, which give it an elegant structure and a velvety texture. The color is an intense ruby red, with a persistent bouquet revealing strong notes of red fruits and delicate accents of spices. On the palate, it is balanced, round, and pleasant, with soft tannins, making it enjoyable and easy to savor.
