Sole Dry White Wine Chardonnay

Golden yellow, clear crystalline. Olfactory, very refined with a complex balance of aromas: peach, apricot, golden apple, honey, almond butter, vanilla and cinnamon. A full-bodied wine, with intense aromas and a long finish with notes of candied pineapple and oriental spices. The particularity in 2021 is the pronounced body and lower acidity. Sole Chardonnay will maintain its complexity over time and can be aged for up to 10 - 12 years

Less than 30 km from Timisoara, you can discover the vineyards of Cramele Recas on the hills of Recas.
Vineyards have been cultivated in these parts since the 2nd century, the first documentary attestation being from 1447, which makes this place full of history and wine tradition.

Currently, Cramele Recas cultivates 950 ha of vines, combining varieties such as Reisling Italian, Feteasca Regala, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, Pinot Noir, Merloc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Feteasca Neagra, Syrah but also local varieties such as Cadarca and Mustoasa.

Storage conditions

In dry, ventilated rooms, with a relative humidity of max. 85%, at a temperature between +5°C...+20°C.
