Muse Stars Brut Sparkling White Wine 

Pale yellow color, with slight golden reflections, good clarity. Fine perlage, small, dense bubbles, medium density mousse. Olfactory debuts nicely with aromas of fine yeasts, followed by fruits (yellow pears, peaches), with an obvious minerality and aspects of toasted bread. Medium acidity, good body, taste reminiscent of yellow melon, ripe peach, slightly pigmented with citrus aspects. Balanced finish and good aftertaste.

Vine has been cultivated in these parts since the 2nd century, the first documentary attestation being from 1447, which makes this place full of history and wine tradition.

Currently, Cramele Recas cultivates 950 ha of vines, combining varieties such as Reisling Italian, Feteasca Regala, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardannay, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, Pinot Noir, Merloc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Feteasca Neagra, Syrah but also local varieties such as Cadarca and Mustoasa.
