La Stejari Vin rosu sec Merlot 

Wine with a distinct intense purple-red color, which opens olfactorily with structured aromas of ripe **black fruits**, such as **blackberries**, **blueberries**, and **black cherries**. In the background, notes of **vanilla** brought by the French oak barrels and sweet spices are felt: cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom. Tastewise, we find the same layers of black fruits, vanilla, and sweet spices, along with good acidity, a well-defined body from the quite present but velvety tannins, and well-integrated alcohol. A wine with a long finish, suitable for aging for a minimum of 5-7 years.

Vines have been cultivated in these lands since the 2nd century, with the first documentary evidence dating back to 1447, making this place rich in history and viticultural tradition.

**GRAPE VARIETIES AND WINES**

Currently, Cramele Recas cultivates 950 ha of vineyards, combining varieties such as Italian Riesling, Feteasca Regala, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Feteasca Neagra, Syrah, as well as local varieties like Cadarca and Mustoasa.

**Storage conditions**

In dry, ventilated rooms, with a maximum relative air humidity of 85%, at a temperature between +5°C...+20°C.
