Royal Kombu seaweed comes directly from the Bloscon area, Brittany (France) – a region renowned for its clean waters and exceptional marine biodiversity.
The seaweed is hand-harvested and processed using traditional methods: washed with seawater and preserved in natural sea salt, at controlled temperatures between 3 and 8°C, to retain all its nutritional properties and authentic flavor.

Before use, we recommend desalting the seaweed in plenty of cold water for a few minutes.
Ideal for Japanese dishes, soups, salads, or nutritious infusions.
