How to use:
Wash your hands before use.
Open the individual wrapper and remove the protective paper from the adhesive strip. Stick the pad to the centre of your underwear with the adhesive side down, making sure it is securely attached and properly positioned.
If the pad has wings, fold them around the edges of your underwear and stick them in place for extra leak protection.
Change the pad every 4–6 hours or as often as necessary, depending on your flow.
After use, wrap the pad in the individual wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of it in the trash bin. Do not flush down the toilet.
