It is an extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered, produced and obtained exclusively from European olives, pressed immediately after they have been picked from the olive tree. Being naturally unfiltered, it has a rich taste and a high content of polyphenols and Vitamin E. Its intense, fruity and fresh taste creates the sensation that it has just come out of the press every time.

About the producer
The Costa d'Oro story began in 1968, when two families from Umbria began working together to obtain an extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, using a traditional method that reflects the authentic characteristics of the Umbria region.
Located in the heart of Italy, Umbria is known as “Green Umbria”, due to its stunning hills full of olive trees, which have become iconic for these places. The producer celebrates this region starting with the name: “Costa” means “Hill” or “Slope” in our local dialect, and “Oro” means “Gold”. Once upon a time, olive oil was called “Green Gold”.
The producer is located in Spoleto, a UNESCO heritage site, where the culture of wine and gastronomy are combined in perfect harmony.
