Use

Mix the contents of the sachet well with 600 g minced beef (at least 20% fat). Shape 4 patties and flatten them.
Fry for 4–5 minutes on each side, in a pan or on the grill; in the last minute you can add a slice of Cheddar. Warm the buns and assemble with your favourite toppings.
Tip: make a small indentation in the centre so it stays flat, and don’t press the meat on the grill.
