Directions for use:
1 capsule in the morning and evening on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal, for a period of 2-4 weeks. After this period, take 1 capsule per day in the morning on an empty stomach. If necessary, the dose may be increased again to 2 capsules per day.
