Description

We harvest the apricots from the rich orchards of Satu Mare county, as the climate and soil in the lowlands west of the Carpathian Mountains are ideal for fruit growing. We prepare a very fruity apricot spread with little sugar. The consistency is creamy, with plenty of large, tender fruit pieces. It perfectly complements desserts where the dough needs to be glazed or creams that need to be flavored.
