Gerble Stevia Plant Sweetener

Gerble Sugar Free/ No Added Sugar includes products without sugar or without added sugar that are recommended for those who want to reduce sugar in their diet as well as for those who are forced to do so, suffering from diabetes. Today, we consume up to 4 times more sugar than the daily requirement. Developed in collaboration with diabetologists, Gerble products are sweetened with maltitol, leading to a lower increase in blood glucose levels compared to similar products containing sugar.

Give up sugar but without giving up the sweet taste. The vegetable sweetener based on Steviol glycosides, extracted from Stevia Rebaudiana, a plant native to South America, 300 times sweeter than sugar, offers you the same sweet taste, without the worry of calories or the impact on blood sugar. Being extremely sweet, Stevia powder is mixed with a carrier suspension (in our case we chose maltodextrin).

1 teaspoon of Stevia Glucoregul = 1 teaspoon of sugar, but at only about 2kcal, compared to sugar which has 20kcal.
