First, beat the softened butter until it turns into foam, 250 g of butter together with 250 g of sugar, add vanilla sugar to taste, orange peel and a pinch of salt. Bake the cake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 175 ° C. Let it cool, add a little sugar and serve with whipped mascarpone.
