The production process exclusively uses carefully selected, high-quality natural ingredients, without added additives, preservatives, or colorants. Consumer safety and health are a priority, which is why only products without added additives, preservatives, or nitrites are manufactured, using traditional salting and smoking methods with hardwood sawdust.
