100% pure avocado oil spray, obtained from the pulp of the avocado fruit (Persea Americana), in spray form. It has a delicate taste and is light in both aroma and texture.
Over 95% of avocado oil consists of a precious portion of lipids, which makes it very similar in composition to olive oil. The rest of the percentage consists of phytosterols, especially beta-sitosterols and vitamin E.
How to use
Avocado oil has a very high smoke point, namely 270°C, making it ideal for frying. Therefore, it is recommended for greasing baking and frying trays.
