Refreshing lemons.
Slight surface defects of citrus fruits are caused by weather and whipping of twigs during fruit growth. However, this has no effect on the taste and quality of the pulp, as does the slight deformation of the fruit, which is permissible for this variety. They have a color from green to intense yellow to orange and a thinner skin. Lemons have no post-harvest treatments applied.
Use:
Lemons have endless uses in cooking recipes. Some vegetable, fruit or meat salads, sauces, legumes, ice cream and cocktails are not without lemon. The crust is added to desserts, Christmas cakes, cakes or creams. Lemon is also an integral part of meat dishes. Roasted or grilled meat is often served sprinkled with lemon or at least with a slice of lemon on top.
Tip: You can use lemons, for example, in a recipe for aromatic breaded chicken with lemon sauce, oysters with lemon, lemon pie with coriander, chocolate cake with lemon mousse, fried potatoes with lemon mayonnaise or aromatic breaded chicken with lemon sauce.
