Currently, the company has 300 Nescafe coffee cultivation experts working with farmers in 15 countries, providing training in entrepreneurship and agricultural skills development. Since 2010, Nescafe has helped train over 700,000 farmers.

Nescafe supports local farming communities and inspires the new generation to become coffee growers through empowerment and skill development programs.
