Ingredients for chicken wings

  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Flour for dredging
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • A little salt
  • A little pepper
  • 750g chicken wings

Ingredients for crudités with sour cream

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 celery stalks 10 cm long
  • 2 smaller carrots
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 200g Sour cream
  • One 10 cm radish root

Preparation of chicken wings

    Cut the chicken wings at the joint and leave the rest.

    In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper, add the prepared wings, mix, and set aside.

    Pour plenty of oil into a pot and let it heat up to 160°C.

    Dredge the wings in white flour and shake off the excess flour. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown, for about 15 minutes. Remove the fried wings from the oil and place them on a kitchen towel to drain.

    Clean the celery stalks and cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces.

    Wash the radish and carrots and cut them to the size of the celery stalks.

    Add the garlic and mix it with the sour cream and chives. Add salt and pepper to taste.
