Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 2 eggplants, 450 g each
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Place the eggplants on a baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Then cut them lengthwise, carefully scoop out the pulp with a spoon, and let it cool. Finely chop the pulp and place it in a bowl.
