- 1 pinch of ground pepper
- 2 eggplants, 450 g each
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2Place the eggplants on a baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Then cut them lengthwise, carefully scoop out the pulp with a spoon, and let it cool. Finely chop the pulp and place it in a bowl.
- 3Add the other ingredients and mix well.
