Ingredients for chicken
- Flour for dredging
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 750g of chicken wings
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Cut the chicken wings at the joint and leave the rest.
- 2In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper, add the prepared wings, mix, and set aside.
- 3Pour plenty of oil into a pot and heat it to 160°C.
- 4Dredge the wings in white flour and shake off any excess. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown, for about 15 minutes. Remove the fried wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain.
Tip
You can coat the fried chicken wings in sweet chili sauce and then in chopped chives. You can also coat the fried wings in BBQ sauce.
