Fares Sveltaflor medicinal herbal tea (1 buc, 50 g) blends 70% senna leaves, 10% elderflowers, 5% chamomile flowers, melilot, lavender flowers, and mint. To prepare, pour 200 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of the herbal mix, steep covered for 10–15 minutes, and strain. It is best enjoyed unsweetened, having 1–2 cups daily, morning and evening.
