Do not defrost.
Pan: open the package and remove the spice bag. Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a pan, pour the contents of the package. Fry for 7-9 minutes, stirring frequently. Finally add the spices from the bag (at your discretion), stir. Serve hot individually or add to the second course.
