Lactose intolerance is among the most common types of food intolerances.
This condition is caused by the inability to digest and absorb lactose and manifests as digestive discomfort following milk consumption. Lactose is a compound that is absorbed in the intestine after being broken down by the body's own lactase. When this enzyme is missing, the breakdown process cannot occur, and after a while (up to a few hours) after consuming foods containing lactose, signs of intolerance appear.
Aptamil® Lactose-Free is unique due to the mix of ingredients it contains, being recommended for infants with lactose intolerance:
• Does not contain lactose
• Contains DHA in accordance with legislation for all infant formulas
Ingredients:

How to use:
1. Cool the water you use to prepare the milk to 37°C.
2. First add water to the bottle/cup, then the powder to avoid the formation of undissolved lumps.
3. Don't forget to leave enough space in the bottle/cup for mixing the formula.
4. Mix the formula according to the recommendations on the packaging. Shake the container vertically and vigorously for 10 seconds.
5. Check the milk temperature on your wrist.
