The delicate coconut cream is obtained from thickened coconut cream. It is a dairy-free alternative to classic animal-based cream. This product has a coconut aroma and a naturally slightly sweet taste. With a fat content of 30%, the product gets a smooth and light texture after a few minutes of mixing.
Instructions: For a fluffy cream, leave the cream in the refrigerator overnight. Then, scoop the hardened part of the mixture into a large bowl and separate the liquid (you can use it for smoothies or something else). Whip the cream with a mixer until peaks form. If desired, add vanilla, powdered sugar, or stevia to taste (liquid sweeteners can make the mixture heavier).
