Our salty lactose-free butter is made from fresh cream using the classic butter process and refined with a pinch of salt. For a fine and even salt note, the salt is dissolved and stirred into the fresh butter. The salt used comes exclusively from Germany. Lactose-free salt is ideal as a spread and for cooking.
