Using modern techniques, oenologists bring out the essence of indigenous grapes, ripened under the gentle Transylvanian sun and hand-picked from the vineyard that spans 52 hectares.
The winery carries out the winemaking process in optimal conditions for the production of white, rosé, and red varieties of the highest quality, which captivate with their fresh, elegant, and fragrant bouquets.
Heavy, deep, and with a very high water retention capacity. This is the soil of the Batos vineyards, located at low altitude. The territory is marked by large temperature differences between night and day. The harvest has the potential for complex wines.
