They are also used as a decorative accessory for mixed drinks, and the consumption of strawberries with sparkling wine is considerably popular worldwide.
Strawberries can be used, for example, in a recipe for strawberry dumplings with cheesecake, puff pastry with rhubarb and strawberries, or panna cotta with strawberries.
Storage:
Before storing them in the refrigerator, it is necessary to inspect the fruit and remove any moldy or damaged fruit that could later contaminate other strawberries. Unwashed fruit can be stored in the original jar or spread on a tray covered with a paper towel and then covered, for example, with cling film.
Strawberries can be kept fresh in the refrigerator for one or two days.
