About the producer:
Artesana products are a tribute to milk, its goodness and qualities. Alina and Daniel Donici, the founders of the company, have always wanted the milk for their factory to come only from small or medium-sized farms where the animals also feed on pastures. Most of the farms are near the city of Tecuci, where the factory is located. And most of today's suppliers are the ones with whom the Donici family started out in 2012.
In the factory, milk processing is minimal. Dairy products are obtained from whole, unhomogenized milk. Cheeses are obtained only with natural ferments. Milk batches are never mixed, they have different fats. Therefore, dairy products may have different tastes depending on the season or even the month in which the cows and goats were milked. Milk or products made from it will have a different sweetness and other flavors depending on what the animals have grazed on. It retains the freshness of the green grass in spring, the savor of the summer wildflowers, and in winter the inviting aroma of hay. Nature improves the taste of milk, not man. Man has the duty to preserve it and to offer it as it is.
Therefore, Artesana products are made from clean ingredients, according to traditional, simple recipes, without additives and with minimal milk processing.
Pasteurization is done at low temperature.
What does this mean?
Pasteurization is the process by which, with the help of heat, pathogens are killed, microorganisms are destroyed or inactivated, and milk can be consumed in complete safety. However, low-temperature pasteurization preserves the natural properties of milk. Vitamins D and B 12, proteins and fatty acids. All will be in Artesana products in glass packaging. Packaging that does not change their taste, but keeps it fresh, intact.

Lapte integral de vaca provenit din agricultura ecologica, neomogenizat, pasteurizat la temperatura joasa. Grasime: minim 3,5%. Certificat RO-ECO-027. Produs nestandardizat - procentul de grasime poate varia in functie de grasimea fiecarui lot de lapte in parte. Nu necesita fierbere.
