Paulaner Weissbier Dunkel contains a much larger proportion of whole wheat malt than regular beers, because it is obtained through a special process. This is precisely what gives it that irresistible, chestnut brown color. The fresh and strong aroma is given by the slightly spicy smell and the taste of roasted malt that we feel at the end.
