Method of administration:
It is recommended to administer one sachet of Bifido Plus® daily, for a minimum period of 30 days.
Dissolve the content of one sachet in water, milk, yogurt, tea, coffee or any other beverage (preferably at room temperature) by gently stirring and drink.
It can also be added to any food that allows dissolution (soups, stews, fruit or vegetable purees, etc.).
This product does not significantly alter the taste, smell or consistency of the beverages and foods in which it is dissolved.
