Innergy's Sinergin is a dietary supplement in sachet form, designed to support normal bowel function. Each 10g sachet contains inulin enriched with oligofructose, which nourishes beneficial gut flora and helps increase stool frequency. It can be dissolved in various liquids or foods. Description

Method of administration:
It is recommended to administer 1–2 sachets of Sinergin® daily, for a minimum period of 30 days.
Dissolve the content of one sachet in water, milk, yogurt, tea, or natural juices by stirring or shaking.
This product does not significantly alter the taste, smell, or consistency of the beverages and foods in which it is dissolved.
