Milk Thistle fruits contain approx. 2% mixture, called silymarin, of flavonolignans composed of silybin, silydianin, and silychristin, with specific action on the liver. Silymarin protects liver cells from the harmful action of free radicals, contributes to the regeneration of hepatocytes affected by alcohol, fungotoxins, or the metabolic load on the liver after consuming heavy foods. The product is recommended for supporting liver function, including during convalescence periods, when the activity of liver cells is disturbed.
Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and to the normal metabolism of lipids and homocysteine.
Method of administration: Oral, 2 capsules per day, after meals.
