Description
Moisturizes and protects the rectal and anal canal mucosa, in conditions requiring the stimulation of the natural regeneration and healing process:
- Internal and external hemorrhoids
- As an adjuvant treatment after proctological surgery and during radiotherapy
- In case of inflammation with itching, edema, and irritation
- Anal tears and fissures caused by constipation
Hyaluronic acid forms a gel layer on the mucosal surface that acts as a protective barrier, creating optimal conditions for activating the natural regeneration and immune defense processes of the area. This protective film restores natural moisture, reduces inflammation, eases, and accelerates the healing of damaged mucous membranes in the anal canal and rectum.
Dosage and administration
Proctinum suppositories are intended exclusively for rectal use. Before use, wash your hands thoroughly. Carefully remove the suppository from the foil. Gently insert the suppository into the anal canal.
Use one suppository before bedtime, unless your doctor advises otherwise.
Suppositories can be used continuously for 5-10 consecutive days. If necessary, treatment can be extended up to 20 days.
As a sole treatment, suppositories should not be used for more than 20 consecutive days.
