Its formula combines heparin sodium, allantoin, and dexpanthenol. Simply apply it to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily, massaging gently or spreading a thin layer.
Description
Hepathrombin cream is indicated as an adjuvant in:
• superficial venous thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, phlebitis, pre-varicose syndrome, post-phlebitic syndrome, leg ulcer;
• post-traumatic injuries: hematomas, contusions, sprains;
• bursitis, tenosynovitis.
How to use:
Hepathrombin cream is applied to and around the affected skin area, 2-3 times a day, and gently massaged.
In case of vein inflammation, the area should not be massaged; instead, the medicine should only be applied in a thin layer to the affected surface, then covered with an occlusive or elastic dressing.
• In case of varicose ulceration, the cream is applied in the form of a 4 cm wide ring.

Adverse reactions associated with Hepathrombin therapy, according to clinical studies, were comparable in intensity and frequency to placebo. The occurrence of skin rashes after applying the medicine has been reported very rarely.
