The active substance is the dry and standardized extract from ginkgo leaf. Each capsule contains 40 mg of dry, standardized extract from Ginkgo biloba L. leaf (35-67:1), corresponding to:
- flavonoids 8.8–10.8 mg, in the form of flavone glycosides,
- ginkgolides A, B, C 1.12–1.36 mg and
- bilobalide 1.04–1.28 mg.
