ALDAR obtains daily supplies of milk from Romania.
Every day, the milk is processed to preserve all its natural qualities. Thus, the fat remains in its pure state, the resulting products having a fat content between 3.5% and 4.5%.
Our products are HALAL certified (permissible), which means that the raw material from which we produce the products is considered the purest in the world, due to the processing method. Although our products are oriental in nature, we promote the concept of selecting and processing only milk obtained from local producers in Romania, without additives, colorants or preservatives.
