Brewing Recommendation
Easy preparation methods for this coffee:
Espresso
• Use 1 part coffee to 2 parts water;
• Brewzeus recipe: 18 g coffee to 36 ml water, with an extraction time of approx. 25 sec (+ or – 3 sec);
Filter Coffee
• Use 10 g coffee to 160 ml water. If you don't have a scale, it's simple - for 1 large cup, use 4 teaspoons of coffee, and for 1 medium cup, use 3 teaspoons;
• Heat water to 90 °C. Alternatively, once the water reaches boiling point, turn off the heat and let it cool for a few minutes;
• It is ideal for the water to be in contact with the coffee for 2 to 4 minutes, depending on the filter you use.
