You really have to taste it to convince yourself!
The history of this farm is closely linked to the first steps in coffee cultivation in the Carmo de Minas region, in Minas Gerais. Farmer Jose Isidro Pereira is the sole heir to the family that was the first generation of coffee growers in this region.
The farm is located at an altitude of over 1,000m in the Carmo de Minas region. With an annual temperature of 18ºC, frosts are frequent during the winter. To protect the trees and ensure uniform ripening, but also to protect against fungal infections, the crops are planted on hilltops, with slopes of up to 50%. All these steps represent important measures that lead to a better quality of the beans.
The rumors are true! Brewzeus really has divine origins!
