Brewzeus Guatemala Kaape Coban Ground Specialty Coffee 

Brewzeus Guatemala Atitlán Pasajquim Kape is a sweet and balanced specialty coffee, with notes of caramel, nuts and orchard fruits. It has a velvety texture, a clear taste and a medium acidity, which gives it a pleasant balance in the cup. The roast is medium, so that any enthusiast can easily prepare it at home, using any method they choose.

It is rated 83 Q-Grading points by 2 Q-Graders accredited by the Coffee Quality Institute.
Cultivated in the San Juan La Laguna region, at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,400 meters, this coffee brings together Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai varieties, processed by the washed method - for a clean, sweet and harmonious aromatic profile.

Preparation recommendation

Recipes to easily prepare this coffee: 
Espresso  
• Use 1 part coffee to 2 parts water;
• Brewzeus recipe: 18 gr coffee to 36 ml water, with an extraction time of approx. 25 sec (+ or – 3 sec); 
Filter
• Use 10 gr coffee to 160 ml water. If you don't have a scale, it's simple -  for 1 large cup put 4 teaspoons of coffee, and for 1 medium cup put 3 teaspoons; 
• Heat water up to 90 °C. Alternatively, once the water reaches boiling point, turn off the heat and let it cool for a few minutes; 
• It is ideal for the water to be in contact with the coffee for 2 to 4 min, depending on the filter you use.
