Brewzeus Ethiopia Guji Kercha Specialty Bean Coffee 

Brewzeus Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a complex specialty coffee, with a fruity profile and a delicate texture. Notes of orchard fruits, cocoa, and tropical fruits intertwine harmoniously in a cup with pleasant acidity and a light body. The roast is medium, allowing any enthusiast to easily prepare it at home, using any method they choose. It is rated 85 Q-Grading points by 2 Q-Graders accredited by the Coffee Quality Institute. Originating from the Banko Michicha area, this coffee is the result of the work of over 700 small local producers, who cultivate traditional Ethiopian varieties in the natural forests of the region.

Preparation recommendation

Recipes to easily prepare this coffee: 
Espresso  
• Use 1 part coffee to 2 parts water;
• Brewzeus recipe: 18 g coffee to 36 ml water, with an extraction time of approx. 25 sec (+ or – 3 sec); 
Filter
• Use 10 g coffee to 160 ml water. If you don't have a scale, it's simple -  for 1 large cup, put 4 teaspoons of coffee, and for 1 medium cup, put 3 teaspoons; 
• Heat water up to 90 °C. Alternatively, once the water reaches boiling point, turn off the heat and let it cool for a few minutes; 
• It is ideal for the water to be in contact with the coffee for 2 to 4 min, depending on the filter you use.
