About the coffee

Serra da Mantiqueira means "the weeping mountains" in the Tupi language — a region with rich springs, fertile soils, and a community dedicated to artisanal coffee.

This lot comes from small local farms, which hand-pick the ripest cherries and process them naturally for a rich and balanced flavor profile: roasted almonds, hazelnuts, and a comforting undertone of crème brûlée – a clean taste, silky body, and a subtle acidity.

We recommend this coffee for espresso, which highlights its sweet notes and creamy texture. It also works excellently with milk, resulting in a beverage with a nutty cake flavor – perfect for quiet mornings.
