The wonderful taste of MerryBerry organic blueberries can now be found in the 100% natural jam that we have carefully prepared from the rich and healthy harvest of our farm.
Cinnamon is the sweet ingredient that adds extra flavor and benefits to many dishes and goes perfectly with our organic blueberry jam, which preserves the variety of benefits it offers to the body when consumed regularly.
Among the many vitamins and minerals found in both fresh blueberries and jam are A, B6, C, E, K, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, but what is truly valuable for the body is the large amount of antioxidants in these fruits. They support the immune system, have anti-inflammatory effects and prevent premature cellular aging. Cinnamon is also a powerful antioxidant and an important source of vitamins and minerals, continuing the list of positive effects on the body.
