The classic jam variant enjoys the intense aroma of blueberries that are fed healthy and carefully, preserving the variety of benefits that they offer to the body when consumed regularly.
Among the many vitamins and minerals that are found in both fresh blueberries and jam are A, B6, C, E, K, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, but what is truly valuable for the body is the large amount of antioxidants in these fruits. They support the immune system, have anti-inflammatory effects and prevent premature cellular aging.
Store at temperatures below 25ºC, in the original packaging, protected from moisture and light. After opening, it must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within a maximum of 15 days.
