The tomatoes are grown on our own farm according to the secrets of 4 generations, in the village of Baleni Sarbi, Dambovita. They are harvested in July and August, when they are perfectly ripe, in order to preserve their sweet taste and natural tomato aroma. They are washed, cleaned, sorted with great care and pasteurized. The recipe is adapted from Bulgarian craftsmanship, and the secret ingredient is the quality of the tomato.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from frost and sun. Consume within 24 hours after opening and keep refrigerated.
