Description
Composition.
The active substances are: alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, camphene, cineol, fenchone, borneol, anethole. The other components are: capsule - olive oil, capsule shell - gelatin, glycerol 85%, sodium ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl p-hydroxybenzoate (E 217), sunset yellow FCF 85% (E110), quinoline yellow 70% (E 104).
Therapeutic indications.
This medicine is used in:
- prophylaxis and treatment of urinary lithiasis.
- adjuvant in the treatment of mild-moderate urinary infections and nephropathies.
Dosage and administration.
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Adults: the recommended dose is 1 capsule 3-4 times a day, 30 minutes before meals or as recommended by the doctor.
Children aged between 6 and 14 years: the recommended dose is 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, 30 minutes before meals or as recommended by the doctor.
Precautions.
Before using Rowatinex capsules, talk to your doctor if you have severe kidney pain. Your doctor may want to keep you under supervision.
Special warnings.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. If you are pregnant in the first 3 months or breastfeeding, you should not take Rowatinex capsules.
Driving and using machines
Rowatinex capsules have no influence on the ability to drive vehicles or use machines.
